Our nutrition consultations are always tailored to the individuals need. We initially ask the client to keep a food diary for 3 days to get an idea of what you eat. From there we dissect your diet and find out how many calories and how many carbs, fats and protein you are eating as well as the choices you are making.
For most the recommendations will come in the form of guidelines to follow (our 10 rules of nutrition) or some individuals require specific advice and will given a more detailed protocol.
