Sports Performance Training

Our Sports Performance training is usually conducted in small groups of 3 to 5 or large group training. After an initial assessment, we design an individualised program working on your needs which you will work on in a small group with a coach. Reassessment will take place on a regular basis to check for progress.  One-to-one and team training available on request.
